The legal identity of the data controller still needs confirmation. The address for privacy questions and data-rights requests must also be confirmed before publication.

Data and purposes

The form requests your name, email address and project description (required), plus company, project type, indicative budget and desired timeline (optional). It also contains a hidden anti-spam field. The information is used to handle and reply to your enquiry; the application does not reuse it for marketing.

Transmission, recipients and retention

In production, enquiries are sent through Basin, the service used by the form. The actual recipients, retention periods at Basin and in the relevant mailboxes, and any international transfers still need confirmation from the applicable settings and documentation.

Legal basis and retention period

The controller must validate and document the applicable legal basis and retention period against the actual email service settings and practices.

Your rights

Applicable rights may include access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection, subject to the relevant legal conditions. The contact point for exercising them must be confirmed before publication. You may also lodge a complaint with the French CNIL.

External services and cookies

Calendly is provided as an external link and is not embedded in the page. Opening it takes you to Calendly, where its own notices and settings apply. The audited site code contains no audience analytics, advertising pixel or application browser storage. Any cookies or logs set by hosting or service providers must be confirmed from their actual configuration and documentation.
